Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we have free shipping for orders over $200.00.
Do you supply a tracking number?
Yes, packages can be tracked. We will send a confirmation email with tracking number once your shipment has sent. All orders will be delivered directly to your door. If you aren’t home to accept the parcel, the courier will leave a notice of alternative delivery time or pickup location.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
No. We are only able to ship within Canada and we do not ship outside of the country.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Once your payment has been received and processed, orders are shipped by Xpresspost. Packages take between 2 to 3 business days once they are sent depending on your destination.
What is microdosing?

Who uses microdosing?

Can I get a refund?
There are no refunds or exchanges on products. All Sales are FINAL
Once a package has been shipped a tracking number for the shipping method used will be sent to you.
You are able to and responsible for tracking your package to get the current status of your package.
Note that if a package has been marked with the status of ‘stuck in transit’, there is a +30 days limit before it can be deemed loss.
Due to the nature of consumable product, we don’t offer any refunds if the package arrives late due to postal issues of any kind.
Order are placed at your own risk, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit.
How old do I need to be to use MYBROKENHEAD.com?
You must be 19 years or older to shop MYBROKENHEAD.
I’m new to MYBROKENHEAD, what do I need to get started?
In order to create an account to shop with us at MYBROKENHEAD, you must be 19 years of age or older with valid supporting government issued photo ID and a valid shipping address. Then all you need to do is set up your client profile with us. There are a few steps:
1.Create an account using your email address & set up a username and password. This can be found on the top right hand corner under “SIGN UP” . If you are not currently registered you will be prompted to fill out the required information.Once you have created an account it will bring you to your Account/ Dashboard, here is where you can view your orders, wish lists, shipping locations and account details.
2.Enter a valid shipping address and billing address.
3.Upload a clear and legible photo of a valid government-issued photo ID.
Once you have submitted the required documentation our team will review your submissions to validate, your membership will be pending. Please allow up to up to 48 business hours for verification.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
Our Minimum order is $50. A flat shipping rate of $20 is applied to orders between $50 and $199. Free shipping is included on orders $200 and over.
Can I add/edit/cancel my order?
All unprocessed orders will be automatically canceled after 24 hours. Once your payment has been received and you have been sent a confirmation email that your order is being processed it is too late to add/edit or cancel your order. You can reach us at email@example.com for general inquiries.

What is the cost for orders under $200.00?
We charge a $20 shipping fee for orders under $200. This covers not only your shipping across Canada, but also our handling fee.
How do I send an Interac e-Transfer?
All online banking systems differ depending on the branch. If you do online banking and have your bank’s app on your phone, all you need to do is add MYBROKENHEAD as a new payee. If you do online web banking, it would typically be under a tab on your online banking page under Transfers. However, the simplest way to navigate would be to search “(Your Bank) + Interac e-Transfer” into your internet search engine. From there you should easily be able to navigate through the instructions outlined.
How long do I have to send my payment?
Your order will be kept “On Hold” for 24 hours. If payment is not received within the 24 hour period, your order will be canceled.

I’ve sent my E-transfer, when do I receive my order?
Your order will show as “Pending” until your e-transfer is received and processed. Please be aware that it may take 40 minutes for your bank to notify us by email of your payment. Once your order has shipped, tracking info will be emailed to you.
Is tax included?
Yes, 5% GST is included on all prices.
What are your shipping fees?
A $20 flat fee is charged for all orders between $50 and $199. Orders $200 and over are free. All orders are shipped by Canada Post’s Xpresspost service. Most orders arrive within 1-3 business days depending on your area.
Deliveries are guaranteed except for residents of Nunavut and Northern Quebec, or in the case that an inaccurate/incomplete address is provided.
